MIG welding robot
Cable protection is particularly important for this application, since the welding robot works with gas! The gas is used to protect the materials to be welded from oxidation. Two power cables, data cables and gas tubes have to be routed safely. An igus® Energy Chain® of the series Triflex® R that can move in three dimensions has now taken over the job.
