Fully automatic indoor crane
In halls in particular, every little bit of space often counts. With many indoor cranes, the energy supply is realised by cables hanging down from the crane not fixed and moving with it (“festoonings”). That takes up space. The use of igus® Energy Chains® helps to reduce the required design space by a significant amount, here to a space of 300 x 500 mm, for example. Since the chain is safely guided in a channel, the risk of the whole system failing is now reduced to a minimum.
