Robot "elephant"
Through to the quarter final with igus®After the foundation of TURAG (work group for mobile robotics at Dresden Technical University) in October 2003, the declared aim was to organize the TUD VDE robot competition and to offer interested fellow students a way of getting into mobile robotics.
In the meantime TURAG has become so much more. Besides a lecture on mobile robotics, TURAG is now taking part at the international robot competition, EUROBOT, for the fourth time.
"With our robot "elephant" we reached the quarter finals at EUROBOT 2009 in France and won the jury prize for the best design."
