Chainflex® CFLG.2LB TPE
The new universal bus cable for all bus systems and high cycle counts. This new glass fiber cable generation was developed and tested for E-Chain® applications with a bending radius of only 40 mm.
More than 8.5 Mio cycles in E-Chains® have already been successfully tested at a 38 mm bending radius, thanks to the adjusted pitch of the fiber optic conductors and an Aramid strain- and torsion relief. This test is being continued. The highly wear-resistant TPE jacket blend protects against mechanical damage and is also highly oil-resistant.
