Cost-effective and maintenance-free
A new transfer unit was designed here, which can move up to 4000 transport units an hour, but above all should be cost-effective. The design essentially consists of two lever arms that push the packages off the conveyor belt. Various cost-effective and maintenance-free igus® plain bearings made of the materials iglidur® G and iglidur® J are used on the bearing points in the top lever arm, with flange bearings made of iglidur® J in the bottom lever arm.
