Downtimes to zero
This machine boxes and packages profiles for dry wall construction. A tremendous amount of metal chips and dust occur here. The previously used metal ball bearings failed frequently as a result, and they also had to be serviced very often. No so with the igubal® spherical bearing, flange bearings and rod end bearings used from igus®. They have helped maintenance and downtimes to be reduced almost to nothing. The bearings absorb high tensile and compressive forces and are completely free of lubricant, meaning that no chips stick to them.
