Harsh surroundings and dirt
This test system combines the classic pressure test for tires with modern image processing. The tire is measured under different pressure levels. Deformations due to structural damage can thus be illustrated and anomalies in the side wall detected. The igus® plain bearings ensure a high level of machine availability under harsh environmental conditions, like when testing tires with dirt residue. They help the axial linear guidance of the test area.
