Automatic cup supply system for cup filling line
No lubricants in food sector
This machine involves an automatic cup supply system, which is connected upstream from a cup filling and sealing line. It is used in the dairy industry. Per machine cycle it feeds 16 stacks of cups each with 45 cups into the magazine on the cup filling machine. For this purpose, two longitudinal and one rotary motion had to be combined in the tightest of installation spaces. Only by using various igus® products was it possible to produce the machine, as besides the requirements mentioned, above all they impress with their freedom from lubrication. As the cups later contain food, they must not be contaminated by lubricants.
