Measuring system for extruder
Pre-harnessed ReadyChain® energy chains® from igus® are used for this measuring and regulating system in the area of blown film extrusion. With micrometer precision, the system pays attention to the uniform width and thickness of the produced plastic sheets, which can be used, for example, as packaging material in the food industry. Before the igus® E-Chains® of the E2/mini family were used, all the components required for the energy supply were themselves harnessed. The ReadyChain® solution helped to save time, weight and money.
