Railroad platform

manus® 2007

The tunnel rescue trains of the ÖBB in their individual cars have storage spaces in the front with pull-out ramp elements and flaps.

In the application, the flaps with the pull-out ramp elements must form an "enclosed track" or drive on the individual vehicles.
This drive must be capable of being assembled and dismantled by a crew in the shortest time. Freedom from maintenance even at fluctuating temperatures is a main criterion for this application.

The hinge elements and cam rollers of the ramps are inserted with two iglidur® Z plain bearings respectively. The stainless steel axles which connect the fixed hinge parts with the moving ones run through these.
