In this application, a bellows must be laid around a beverages bottle and thereby generate a clamping force to fill a beverage containing CO2. This bellows must however be able to move axially in the bore, like the pistons which press on the bellows.
The challenge: The operating temperature is maximum 140°C and the applied material must be resistant to all cleaning agents used in the beverages industry.
Here the iglidur® X is used, which in a special form satisfies the requirements of this application.
