Mechatronics is a new area in filling technology.
Numerically controlled machines allow invariably more complex, precise and faster procedures. As a result, the digital application is not only responsible for the quality and easy operation, but also for the increase in service life. Thus the knowledge from the three specialized areas of electrical engineering, informatics and mechanical engineering have been combined to a high degree in a new high-performance valve for bottle filling.
The availability of the application even at 100°C temperatures was guaranteed by the application of plastic plain bearings made of iglidur® X.
