"Plastic parts with three components are injected in two adjacent injection-molding machines. Between the two machines is located the bonding station. The basic components are attached here. With the pivot-mounted change gripper, the viewing window is transferred from the tray to the pivot supports in the injection cycle. The pivot arm mounted with the igus® bearings GFM-151824-32 bonds the viewing window in the base components. With the simple plug-in installation and the adjustable collar, it was possible to abandon the highly complex bonding mechanism. ”
