Testing device for sintered parts (bushings)

manus® 2005

"In the test for leak tightness of bushings (sintered parts), the compressed-air loaded specimen is immersed in liquid. Thereby a simultaneous and reliable tension of several parts, the corrosion resistance of the base frame, and a lubricant-free linear guide (liquid dirt) must be guaranteed. The six tested bushings are stretched between sliding rails by means of a pneumatic cylinder. The parallel movements of the sliding rails are executed with two linear guides which glide in iglidur® WSM-1012-20 bearings. ”
