Permanent filling
Simple O-rings have been used until today in the filling valve of this filing system. O-rings had the disadvantage of requiring a special and appropriate lubrication, appropriated for the food industry. It had to be applied at least once a week. To minimize the downtimes due to maintenance, the builders replaced the O-rings with lubrication-free iglidur® piston rings.
