Precise pumping
This machine fills paint into buckets. The vertical pumping movement has to work jolt-free, precisely and reliably in order to guarantee a perfect product. To meet these requirements, the equipment manufacturers used a drylin® trapezoidal threaded spindle with trapezoidal threaded nut from igus®. Another advantage of this system is that no lubricant is required, which could otherwise contaminate the paint during the filling process and render it useless.
