Dressing without pain
This device is used as a dressing aid for elastic stockings. First, the stocking is pulled onto the collapsed hoop. Then the motor forces the hoop apart and allows the stocking to be pulled on easily and without pain. Since strong forces are required to move the hoop apart, the bearings used in the mechanism must be extremely sturdy to prevent any twisting or breaking. This characteristic was fulfilled best by iglidur® plain bearings.
