Sterile packaging
This isolator is used for the sterile packaging of syringes. The syringe trays are guided through the isolator on a slightly angled roller system. The bearings for the rollers and guides must not contain lubricant due to the sterile environment, and must be extremely resistant to chemicals. The lubricant-free and sturdy iglidur® plain bearings from igus® were found to be most suitable for this application.
