Stable in the wind
This kiteboard has to be able to cope with heavy impact as well as with humidity and soiling. These requirements have only been met to a limited extend by the conventional pivot bearings used so far. The constant friction between the pivot arm and pivot cup frequently caused the bearings to wear and led to instability of the board. In this case, the lubricantfree, sturdy igubal® pivoting bearings made of high-performance plastics have been able to significantly increase the overall service lifetime of the board.
