This movable touchscreen system has been developed for quality checks in the company’s factories. The touchscreen is mounted on a rail system eight metres long. In addition, its height can be adjusted by fifty centimetres. To ensure that the system still works perfectly even after it has been in the same position for a long time, guides, rails and bearings should be lubricant-free if possible. These requirements were fulfilled perfectly by the drylin® W linear guide from igus®. Also in use: igus® energy chains® for clean cable routing.
