Cold testobjective: Determining the maximum service life of igus® chainflex® TPE cables at temperatures of -40 °C
Test configuration:An igus® CF35 TPE cable was moved in an e-chain® in the igus® climate container on 7 m of travel and a speed of 1.5 m/s at -40°C.
Result:The test was terminated after 3.7 million double strokes. The cable exhibits minimal wear and is fully operational.
