Predictable reliability with guaranteed service life for e-chain® cables
As a customer, this programme offers you a guarantee for chainflex® cables from the catalogue range*. Clear and simple conditions: the guarantee is subject to the use of the cable in line with the usage conditions specified in the catalogue for the relevant cable series. The validity of the guarantee at each status level is for a specific period from the purchase date or the number of double strokes that the machine carries out, whichever is reached first.
The annual turnover will be calculated as the turnover
for all cables purchased. This includes chainflex® cables and chainflex® cables installed in readycable® (assembled cables with connectors) and readychain® (assembled echain systems® incl. cables) solutions. The guarantee starts upon receipt of the igus® guarantee certificate and successful certification.
*Not valid for cables in the chainflex® M range (1 milion double strokes)
During the certification process, your employees will receive free training.
