In the large-scale wastewater treatment plant in Plauen, our basic flizz® system reliably supplies the scraper bridge with energy. Because of the restricted space availability, the energy supply system was installed on the interior of the basin wall.
A motor cable drum was originally in use in this case, which was no longer capable of reliably rolling up the cable. This resulted in frequent malfunctions.
The complete system, consisting of: Series 2500 energy chain + CF9.25.12 chainflex® cable + basic flizz® was installed on-site by our igus® assembly service.
